This past weekend, PINEASE hosted a vibrant and accessible classical music salon, led by our Music Director, Dr. Wei Jia, a world-renowned violinist and educator. Through a captivating blend of performance and storytelling, Dr. Jia explored the connections between classical music and modern culture—spanning anime, film, video games, and visual art. From Mozart to Monet, from Paganini to pop culture, he demonstrated how classical music continues to resonate across time and mediums.
Joined by pianist Nuoqi You, the duo brought to life a multisensory experience that blended history, humor, and heartfelt performance, inviting both newcomers and enthusiasts to rediscover classical music in a fresh and engaging way.
